Our vision
We've talked a lot about how to diffuse the dynamics that can make men's division experiences feel toxic, as well as what we want to focus on as a team. You can read about the approach we take and the values we settled on here.2024 season
Entering our third season as a team, we're looking to satisfy a team wide desire to capitalize on all our individual potential by taking a step towards being a more competitive team. At the same time, we want to maintain the things that make Switchback special: our positive & supportive environment, being a relatively balanced time commitment, competing hard and pushing each other, and having the vulnerability of really wanting to win without being toxic.
